Product FAQ

Technical & Export FAQ

Freezing protocols, certifications, minimum order volumes and destination documentation.

What is IQF blast freezing?

Individually Quick Frozen (IQF) freezes each piece separately in high-velocity cold air tunnels. This prevents agglomeration, preserves cell structure and natural juices, and allows single-portion usage.

What is the shelf life of frozen produce?

24 months from the production date when stored uninterrupted at -18°C (0°F) or below. Do not refreeze thawed product.

Which documents ship with each order?

Every shipment includes a lot-specific Certificate of Analysis (COA), Phytosanitary Certificate, Certificate of Origin, Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, and Packing List.

Do you export to the European Union and North America?

Yes. Our products comply with EU Maximum Residue Limits (MRLs), FDA food facility regulations, and international food safety benchmarks with lot-traceable lab testing.
